Salient Features That Euler Motors is working on :-
4.3” Inch Digital Display { Link = goo.gl/5EJFuw } instead of Regular Dial based display { Link = goo.gl/CpC4fv }. This display will display stats around Speed, Battery Left, Temp., Headlights, Indicator
Reverse Backup Camera : To enhance Safety of the vehicle and driver, a reverse backup camera will be attached to the rear - centre of the vehicle. Display from camera would appear on the 4.3” Digital display when vehicle reverses.
Li Ion Battery will be placed in front of the vehicle {below the driver’s seat}. However the structure should be made in a way that the battery can taken out from enclosure within 2 minutes if required. Entire battery back will consist of 2 modules. Each module will be of following dimensions
Each Module’s Weight = 12 Kgs
Each Module’s size : Length x Width x Height = 220 mm x 210 mm x 355 mm
2 Modules can be arranged along the width of vehicle or height in the battery pack.

Standard vehicle parts - Front head light {LED headlight}, Front Indicator, Tail Lights, Rear Indicator, brake pedal.
Accelerator in the conventional 3 wheeler are along the handle.
Open Load Carrier Design for 3 Wheeler E - Rickshaw. By open we mean the back portion of the vehicle is not fully closed as in this example : goo.gl/Lk2exT , goo.gl/p2xjS3 . We will be evaluating designs basis following criteria : -
Overall looks and esp. the frontal look. Simple, Spacious for driver, cleaner but fresh design in terms of frontal look. {But taking inspiration from StarWars or Tron is taking it way too far ..}
Interior Dash Board : Since most of the dashboard of E Cart looks like a Bike’s front steering Example Link goo.gl/Un42A9 . We aren’t looking for another Bike’s steering based dashboard. These 3 wheeler steering wheel is still better : goo.gl/Hyk67U . Preferably we will want to place our 4.3 inch TFT display on this handle. However other designs are also welcome.
The Vehicle will mostly operate on roads with gravels and potholes. Consideration in design given toward stability and over-all achieving lower maintenance cost will be plus.
You can also consider sending your initial sample design or outlay in sketch. We will be get back with our feedback so that you have better chance designing the vehicle the way we want and also increasing your chance at winning the competition.

After all, this project will take a lot of designer hours and nothing more fair than hitting the odds for those who participate.

Tyre sizes can be 3.00-14 {typical E-Rikshaw tyres} or 4.00 x 8 {Baja 3Wheeler Tyres } or any other dimensions designer feel would be best suited for load carrying application.
Typical HP of the motor ~ 1.5 HP.
Material can be FRP or Plastics or any other material designer feels would be great.
We have kept lot of options open for the designer to fully maximize their creativity. Since the vehicle is designed for Indian&;s Tier 3/4 Audiences - designer needs to put in consideration for road conditions like https://goo.gl/DRPbKa .
Software : We are mostly good with any software as long as their is a STL file that can exported out and can be used in SolidWorks or any other vehicle design software.

i think the wheel base of back tires are approx 60 inches min. and the ground clearance is approx 12-15 inches. Please confirm the exact dimensions.

Got a couple of doubts.
What exactly do you want to be designed ?
Is it the structures ?
There are too many variables missing
Wheelbase, rear track width, ride height, tire radius, the type of Chassis you are expecting ?, material, material shape/size, etc etc
Are all these things upto the designer ?
And lastly, do you want the entire assembly designed or just the Load Carrier and the dashboard ?
