Description:
Quick Access Sun Stations is a self service sunscreen station placed throughout outdoor venues such as theme parks, water parks, state parks, zoo's, golf courses, ski resorts, etc.

The Quick Access Sun Stations provides sunscreen through a hand held device (think of a spray tanning gun) which the customer will direct and spray on themselves, in the areas where they need skin/sun protection.

The station will be a 4' square footprint with hand held devices placed equal distances around the station. There should be enough space for 4 customers at a time, allowing application of sunscreen to the skin that is exposed. The machine is equipped with a method to accept credit card or mobile payments (via a mobile scan or entry of a confirmation code). The station needs to allow the customer to select the level of sunscreen protection they want (there will be 2 protection levels). Sunscreen will be stored in 2 different reservoirs which is contained internal to the unit.

I am looking for a product design encompassing the features I outlined above. I would like to see a prototype of the machine mock-up, both the external (what the customer will see) and internal (what the sunscreen servicer will see). In the mock-up a small divider between stations (to prevent overspray) and a matt under the entire unit to prevent slipping should be visible. The stations will require power, access either under the machine or some place that doesn't limit the space for the number of hand held devices. A self powered station would be ideal but not sure it is entirely feasible.
Wants:
A design that incorporates all the features outlined above that tells the story to a product developer, a company investor and the end customer will be the ultimate winner. I am looking for a design that will bring my vision to life and allow people to visualize the concept I am selling. The use of color, placement in some of the areas I outlined above, will help bring the design to life and will further help differentiate the winning design.

I am open to drafts/samples and the opportunity to collaborate during this process.

Regarding the reservoirs, it will be manually refill or pressurized cartridges and it will be replaced in the service sessions?

The height should accommodate for average height without people having to bend down to access the hand held devices, the solution selection and payment component. 3&; is likely not tall enough.
Each reservoir should allow for equal volume storage. Realistically the machine will service roughly 1000 customers a day with each application being 1 oz. To avoid multiple service sessions per day the reservoirs should hold a minimum of 500 oz each, the larger the better (reduces the number of services needed).

What is the volume for each reservoir of the sunscreen(2 for each customer) ?
The available area will be 4&; x 4&; only?
The height of 3 foot is OK?

CAD Design of Lighter Prototype - 3D Vector Format
Hello: My name is Jeff and I am producing lighter cases/sleeves. I would like to know if you can produce a 3D vector form from picture images (jpegs). I need the image in STL format for prototype. The image (2 Sides) needs to be in RAISED RELIEF/SCULPTED so its dimensions can be felt by the user. Each side is somewhat small so the scupt does not need excessive detail. I can send patent pend. pics for possible approval. Thank you Jeff
Interchangeable Battery Adapter Holster Pack - Industrial CAD Designer
Hello, I need someone to help me make a interchangeable battery clip adapter where these Ryobi batteries (found from Home depot) clip into each other as seen in picture It must be able to maintain enough room and functionality where the electrical terminals make proper contact. The batteries in the picture are laid out exactly how I want it to clip into each other. Just fill in the space between the battery with the housing that I need for you to design. I also need an access port about 7mm in diameter. The designer must already have access to these batteries which are common from home depot.

Sheet metal fabrication design
We are a start-up design company based in Mullingar and supported by Enterprise Ireland as a HPSU. We require an experienced solidworks engineer to complete various sheet metal components in flat sheet and folded. Initially we would require in the region of 20/30 hours service which may be extended.
Small waterproof weather sensor housing
The project is to develop a small waterproof weather monitoring button which will include a UV, humidity and temperature sensors. The button will be pairing with a mobile phone for transmitting data. This button could be used both at the beach to monitor UV exposure but also in house for room climate monitoring, We need a small electronic and sensor enclosure with the following specs: 1) Button or other (rectangular/cube/etc) similar shape 2) Small dimensions to host a 15mm x 25mm x 3mm PCB 3) Include a coin battery with an option of easy access for replacement 4) The enclosure/product should have a small protected whole for a humidity/temperature sensor (not more than 2mm diameter) 5) Include a UV sensor so access to light is needed 6) Include a Power switch/button 7) Include a led for indicating operation 8) Include a robust belt clip (or other removable clip, or/plus a magnet) built into the design 9) Waterproof design 10) A trendy design aesthetically pleasing as possible 11) we need the source solidworks files for printing on our 3D printing We intent to further work with the winning designer so as to fine-tune the design after initial testings
