- Supervising designing consultants for the dairy.
- Managing contractors and coordinate them to work together.
- MES and ERP system building for the dairy.
- Contract reviewing and clarifying.
- Calculating, designing all processing line for the dairy.
- Setup and implement the ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL, FDA system for the new dairy.
- Supervise and follow up the construction of the dairy at High Tech Park in District 9, HCMC, Vietnam
- Supervising the installation of processing line, M&E, Water Treatment Plant 500m3/h, Utilities System (Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air).
- Cost management (operation cost, utilities cost, labor cost)
- Organizing and motivating the project team.
- Establishing project risks and emergency planning protocols.
- Fulfilling legal requirements for the project.
- Monitoring project's progress vs plan.
- Managing reports and documents.
- Manage technical role at division-wide and company-wide
- Project budgeting.
- Continuous improvement.
