I am an engineering graduate bringing a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the table. My experience encompasses designing parts for fabrication through sheet metal and 3D printing. I excel not only in creating detailed CAD designs but also in preparing files for laser cutting, bending, and 3D printing. My real-world exposure has equipped me with a deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, ensuring that my designs are both functional and efficient for production.
During my undergraduate years, I actively engaged in extracurricular activities and student competitions that introduced me to the exciting world of mechanical design engineering and CAD. This hands-on involvement has honed my skills in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and Creo, allowing me to deliver precise and innovative designs.
Due to my background in materials engineering, I have a good understanding of material selection and manufacturing processes. This knowledge allows me to make informed decisions that enhance the performance and manufacturability of my designs.
Post-graduation, I worked for an EV startup, where I played a role in modifying the design of housings for motors, batteries, and other electronic components of an electric motorcycle. This experience further refined my skills and reinforced my ability to adapt and innovate in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
