  In my role as an estimation engineer and construction execution specialist, I played a vital role in the successful planning, estimation, and execution of a school construction project, focusing specifically on concrete and brick laying works up to plinth level.
  
  Estimation Engineering:
  Utilizing my expertise in estimation engineering, I meticulously calculated quantities of materials and labor required for the project, ensuring accurate cost estimation and budget planning. As a BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) calculator, I developed detailed schedules for reinforcing steel, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste.
  
  Construction Execution:
  In the execution phase, I spearheaded the concreting and brick laying works, overseeing all aspects of construction from start to finish. My responsibilities included:
  
  Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers and architects to develop detailed construction plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  
  Material Procurement: Coordinating with suppliers to procure high-quality materials within budgetary constraints, while maintaining strict quality control standards.
  
  Workforce Management: Leading and supervising a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
  
  Quality Assurance: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction activities met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

  Project Outcome:
  Through meticulous planning, efficient resource management, and diligent execution, we successfully completed the concreting and brick laying works up to plinth level for the school project. Our efforts laid a solid foundation for the subsequent phases of construction, setting the stage for the realization of a modern and functional educational facility that would benefit the community for years to come
• Cad detailer Archi design · Part-time Jan 2023 – Apr 2023 3 mos Coimbatore, TN, India As a 2D elevation detailer at an architectural design company, my primary responsibility was to translate 3D designs into comprehensive 2D elevation drawings. Using line segments and precise measurements, I meticulously recreated the architectural details and features depicted in the 3D models.
  
  My role involved close collaboration with architects and designers to ensure that the 2D elevations accurately represented their design intent. This often required careful attention to scale, proportion, and architectural elements such as windows, doors, facades, and structural elements.
  
  With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of architectural principles, I meticulously drafted elevation drawings that served as essential documentation for construction, permitting, and client presentations.
