• Mechanical Engineering Professional with 3 years of Industrial FEA experience, 2 years of Quality Control/Assurance and 1 year of Technical Expert experience.
• Industrial FEA experience focusing on -
o FEA (Non-linear, Modal and Impact Analysis) of eVTOL aircraft components using Altair Hyper Works (Hypermesh, Hyperview, Optistuct & Radioss)
o Estimation and evaluation of critical bearing load on fasteners accompanied with synthetic composites (Fabric Composite, Uni-Directional Composite) and various modes of knock down factors using Altair Hyperworks (Hypermesh, Hyperview, Optistuct).
o Suspension Bump Test on coil spring of rear wheel suspension assembly using Transient Structural Analysis (ANSYS, ANSA). Validate using hand calculations with appropriate formulas and methods from Design Book as per ISO standards.
o Charpy and Izod Impact test on metals and plastics using Explicit Dynamics Analysis (ANSYS) to examine the scenarios with and without erosion by amplifying the strain values.
o Testing strength of bamboo-based pallets with epoxy resin using Static analysis. (ANSYS, ABAQUS, Autodesk Fusion 360). It involved the rigorous study and research of natural composites by applying them in numerous structural components.
• Experience in ensuring the lubrication, maintenance, monitoring, and timely inspection of mating and moving elements of the Mechanical Segregator to sustain efficient operation and prevent downtime.
• Experience in ensuring quality assurance and control for pipes and electromechanical equipment, including performing non-destructive testing (NDT), material verification, dimensional inspections, and compliance checks with ASME, ASTM, BIS and ISO standards to meet industry and project-specific requirements.
• Research experience in the domain of advanced solid mechanics by solving structural mechanics problems.
• Good understanding about the macro-mechanics of fiber reinforced composites or laminates.
• Getting acquainted to the broad spectrum of advanced mechanical engineering courses – Strength of Materials, Solid Mechanics, Design data book of Engineers, ANSYS Workbench/APDL Verification manuals, Practical Finite Element Analysis, Theories of Failure etc.
