During my internship at disho, I had the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of engineers and designers, where I gained hands-on experience in the CAD design and CAE analysis process. My primary responsibilities included:
3D CAD Modeling: Developed and refined 3D models and mechanical components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for client projects.
FEA Simulations: Assisted in conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimize the performance of mechanical parts, ensuring they met stress, strain, and thermal requirements.
Prototyping and Testing: Participated in the prototyping and testing phase, gathering data to refine designs and improve product functionality.
Collaborative Design Work: Worked closely with senior engineers to contribute to the design and development of key components for conveyor .
Documentation and Reporting: Assisted in preparing detailed design documentation and technical reports, including material specifications and design analysis results, to ensure clear communication with the team and clients.
