⚙️ REVERSE ENGINEERING-ON-SITE
Working in the Engineering Design Team directly under the supervision of Project Director for the project “Reverse Engineering of industrial Machine”.
The project scope includes the complete design of RE (Reverse Engineering) work.
Major part of the work was to reverse complete assembly including hydraulic cylinders etc. which is the part of "Truck mounted concrete pumps" machine.
A detailed overview of the tasks is below:
◉ Take the measurements of assembly including design of hydraulic cylinders etc. which are the part of "Truck mounted concrete pumps" machine.
◉ Create 3D models and their BOMs.
◉ Make necessary modifications in Created 3D models for cost reduction/light weight.
◉ Assist or perform FEA when required
◉ Customer driven design modifications and per requirements
◉ Create 2D Manufacturing drawings including G&T and welding information.
◉ Create 2D drawing (exploded views/ETL drawings) for ease manufacturer.
