I am a graduate in “Mechanical Engineering “ from CRR college of engineering Andhra university and post graduate in “Advanced Manufacturing Systems from BSIT,JNTU ,Hyderabad. I had working experience for 14 years in various automobile design MNC companies.
Professional Experience:

 4 years worked in Satyam Venture Engineering Services Pvt Ltd ,Hyderabad as a Project Leader .
 3 years worked in Geometric ltd, Bangalore as a Senior Design Engineer .
 5 years Worked in Tata Technologies Ltd, Pune as a Design Engineer
 2 years worked in ROVIN CADSYS ,Pune as Design Engineer .
Overall Work Experience:
 Sub system and component level designing of Interior & Exterior Trim of CAB using CAD software like CATIA V5.
 Having Work experience in TRIM design area, adequate knowledge of Plastic trim and Sheet metal process and its assembly Procedures.
 Having Work experience in die design area, adequate knowledge of Die & Mould manufacturing and trouble shooting.
 Proficient in Plastic Trim design – in surface/solid modeling and assembly design using CATIA V5.
 Having good communication skills and team work to interact with design, test and manufacturing engineers
 Good Knowledge in Design documentation like ECR, SOR, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, FTA.
 Having In depth knowledge of GD&T.
 Design concept preparation & getting approvals and making final design for interior & exterior parts using CATIA V5
