I have more than 15 years experience in industrial , production and academic projects as a mechanical engineer.

1. Industrial Pollution Control System
Fog Dust suppression system, Plain water Dust suppression system , Dust Extraction system , which include Estimation and coasting of the projects and selection of centrifugal pump selection , pipeline selection , and all pipe routine fittings etc .and related layout and schematic drawing.
2. HVAC system & MEP design
Supply air and exhaust air ventilation system , Centrifugal Fan design , air washer unit design , Air conditioning System design ie.
Central air conditioning system , duct able split ac , chiller ac , heat load calculation , BOQ and Equipment selection etc.
3. Gas Storage Tank and Gas Pipeline Design
Executed the Project Work based on Gas Handling & Storage (Multi Cylinder installation, Pipeline Installation, LPG Tank (Bulk) Installation, Designing Kitchen Layout, supplying complete range of Kitchen Equipment's, LPG Reticulated System ,Pipe Gas to the kitchen)
4. Hot and cold Insulation of pipe and Equipment
Cold & Hot Insulation of Pipe line & equipments. Measurement Insulated Pipe line and Equipment
5. Structure Design and spreader Beam
EPM Plate Handling system, Circular Magnetic lifter , Rectangular Billet lifter, Rebar and Permanent Magnetic Chuck. Designing of EPM Plate handling System and Design & Drawing of Structure of Electro Permanent Magnet, Permanent Magnet, Circular Lifter, and Magnetic Chuck, design of Spreader beam. I have designed most of the structure Like spreader beam , cable reeling drum , chain and sprocket, hanging lifting lugs , shaft, coupling connection (nut bolt, weld, pin etc)
6. Layout and Design of Commercial Kitchen Equipments
Designing Commercial Kitchen, Creating Kitchen Equipment layout plan by Auto-Cad 2007, 2010.
Isometric Drawing of kitchen ,Bakery, Refrigeration, Bar Equipments. Isometric drawing of kitchen equipment and home furniture .
I also used Auto Cad 2007,2009, 2013 mechanical , inventor , solid works
2D, 3D etc . I did prepare the report regarding Design/Drawing / Calculation /
Constriction/ Manufacturing .
Work for long time period , I easily considered the time and budge of the client to fulfill the right designed object.
