     Respond to breakdowns, Diagnose faults, repair the equipment’s and machines as per process/SOP set for the same.
     Conducting corrective and Scheduled Machine maintenance for machines on regular basis
    as per plan in coordination with Head Operations.
     Implementing and supervising yearly Preventive maintenance plan and Predictive Maintenance on machines (power presses, SPM’s, Compressors).
     Performing work and recording data according to requirement of Audit IATF 16949, ISO
    9001:2015.
     Managing Master Spare inventory List of all machine parts, tools etc. with specifications.
     Ensuring generation of the record such as MTBF, MTTR, Critical spare list, Breakdown record and analyzing it.
     Coordinating with Design and Development for Machines modifications and Quality Department to ensure quality of incoming machine parts.
     Preparing and Maintaining Design Drawings of Machine Parts by using Design tools.
     Executing cost reduction projects, Improvements projects about Process development.
     Material selection and out processing of machine parts from Raw material to Finished Part.
     Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of Machines in Production and to set the SOP’s for the same.
     Complete the Tasks / Projects assigned by the Top Management as required.

  • Mumbai Univerisity B.E, Mechanical Engineering, 7.52 2014 – 2017 Activities and Societies:  Secure 1 st position in VNPS (National Level Project Showcase) in Mechanical Department held by Vidyavardhini’s college of engineering and technology.  Representing to college in Transform Maharashtra Event held by Chief Minister of Maharashtra state at NSCI, Varali, Mumbai.
  • Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri 3 yrs diploma engineering, Mechanical Engineering, 78.21% 2011 – 2014 Activities and Societies:  Participated in State Level Ring Tennis sport Championship held in Akola district.  Attending the Entrepreneurship Awareness Training in Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri.
