  Some projects required me to consolidate designs from multiple designers and architects into unified construction plans while others were in-house design-builds. All projects included collaborative design sessions in which I manipulated 3D models on-the-fly at the direction of clients and collaborators. Once designs were finalized, I was responsible for construction documentation and coordinating with fabricators and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
  
  My design responsibilities included concept models, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation for kitchens, baths, demo and framing, structural renovations, custom cabinetry, lighting layouts, exterior aesthetics, landscaping, and outdoor living. Valle continues to be one of my best clients on a freelance basis.

One client during this period desired more photo-realistic renderings so I became reasonably proficient in Blender Cycles.
• Lead Designer Mossing Pools Inc. · Nov 2011 – Nov 2015 4 yrs Metamora, OH, USA As lead salesman and designer for an in-ground swimming pool builder I facilitated hundreds of in-home design sessions directly with clients which forced me to design quickly and learn to take criticism in stride. After finalizing designs with the client, I was responsible for creating construction documents, layout, and briefing project managers prior to construction.
