  • Mecanical design engineer Safran Engineering Services · Full-time Jul 2023 – Present 1 yrs 7 mos Bengaluru, KA, India ● Developed initial concepts for the business development department [Safran, Cwmbran, UK] as an
    engineering support for the architect of the suites which were used to pitch to the clients [Airliners].

    ● Developed new type of meal table which reduced the weight of traditional meal table design by 24%.
    ● Rendered an animation of detailed disassembly for the same prototype meal table which helped with
    closure of future DFA issues.
    ● Worked on crew step bracket design, shoulder clearance provision for passengers, alternative sliding
    mechanism for the backrest and translation mechanism of the seat and meal table, Seat Information
    Panel [SIP] capping design, Portable Electronic Device [PED] flap design for the meal table,
    alternative metallic solution for monitor and literature pocket composite panel, Seat information
    Projector ID bracket and ideal positioning within suites. Maintaining proper documentation of all
    these work packages and PPTs for the same.
    ● Designed 3D printed closeout panels for the seat translation mechanism displayed at AIX24 [Aircrafts
    Interiors Expo 2024 – Hamburg, Germany].
    ● Introduced Blender software in my work as an additional support for easier explnations of complex
    concepts such as various mechanism and disassembly operations which also helps with closing future
    DFA error loops which indeed helped with time saving and cost reduction.
    ● Coordinated with technical publications department for the support regarding the animation of suites
    for INNOVATHON 2024.
  • Project Assistant - R&D National Aerospace Laboratories · Full-time Mar 2021 – Jul 2023 2 yrs 4 mos Bengaluru, KA, India ● Worked in Powerplant and Fuel system[PPFS] department on SARAS MKII project and Advanced
    Composite Division [ACD] on Tejas MKII fighter jet aircaft and AMCA stealth aircraft projects.
    ● Designed and developed mockups of Ground Handling Equipment [GHE] and Ground Support
    Equipment [GSE] for Saras MKII aircraft engine removal and installation from and to aircaft and
    engine stand. The mockup included things like engine oil change, engine removal and maintenance of
    all equipments surrounding PT6A-67A Pratt & Whitney Turboprop engine in Nacelle and later
    demonstrated for the DGCA certification approval.
    ● Fabricated stealth composites using Radar Absorbing Stealth [RAS] material where as per the
    calculations done by principal scientists the composite test panal are made after that the bagging
    operation needs to be carried out carefully without any leaks. The composite panels are then sent to
    autoclaves for curing and later for NDT testings for FOD checks and DT testings under UTM
    machine. The test composites made with RAS material were for the AMCA project of stealth aircraft.
    ● Created animation of engine removal and installation for SARAS MKII aircraft with the use of
    Blender that was showcased at AERO INDIA 2023.
    ● Led a team for concept-to-realization of throttle quadrant box for RTA aircraft for its further
    integration with simulator held in AERO INDIA 2023.
  • Mechanical Design Engineer CKS Engineering Works · Full-time Dec 2020 – Mar 2021 3 mos Bengaluru, KA, India ● AAC manufacturing plant layout planning as per the client requirements and design and development
    of autoclave and other machines using CATIA and AutoCAD. Stock and inventory management.
