Usually, my clients asking for complete drawing plans as per requirement of permit application. I handled structural/civil works by doing frequent inspections on site, reviews the cutting list submitted by the contractor, prepares weekly report and non-conformance report, attends weekly design coordination meeting with the consultants/designers and contractors to discuss any issue or problems encountered on site and witnessing the testing of strength of materials.
