Racing drone (quadcopter) from notes to CAD and 3D model
Your task is to draft a mini racing drone from my design specifications.
The drone itself will consist of two pieces of moulded carbon fibre:
- bottom hull
- hood
Key features of the drone:
- two piece construction with interlocking lip
- tube arms (16mm outer diameter, 12mm inner diameter)
- fit 6" diameter propeller (152.4mm)
- 16x19mm standard motor mounting
- fit standard HS1177 camera with adjustable camera angle from 0° - 70° of tilt
- fit standard flight controller circuit board (30.5mm square mounting holes on the bottom)
- 4mm thick at motor mount
- 3-4mm thickness of hull
THE ATTACHED ZIP FILE CONTAINS SKETCHUP FILES WITH DIMENSIONAL DATA, PROTOTYPE IMAGES AND IMAGES TO USE AS A REFERENCE
Deliverables:
- Technical CAD model of drone components
- Inverse CAD model for the moulds for both pieces
- 3D renders
Bonus points for:
- finite element analysis to highlight structural weaknesses and suggest improvements
- include motors, propeller and other electronics in the 3D renders
Digital LCD Name Tag for wine glass
We are developing a digital “Name Tag” (LCD screen) for wine glasses that will communicate with a mobile app. so people will be able to communicate with the tag via their smartphone and find their glass in case they can’t tell which wine glass is theirs...etc.
We are looking for few design concept options for a prototype 3D design that we will print.
ecig design
we need a ecig design, now all ecigs design are boring, all MOD looks the same, ego style all looks the same.we need a unique one,
Where there's muck there's brass
An alternative to picking up dog dropping with plastic bags.
A cheap, easy to build, bio-degradeable design.
It should, with a minimum of moving parts, (ideally 1-2 piece cardboard structure), pick up and enclose droppings. Should also include built in handle (reasonably distanced from holding section)
Simplicity is key. As will need to be able to produce cheaply in large volumes.
MUST BE MASS PRODUCEABLE for cost in the region of $1-2.
Chocolate Melangeur
I need a stone mill grinder powered by an electric motor. There will be two granite stones weighing circa 10 kg each that will spin on top a granite base, which weighs 15 kg. The base will be at the bottom of a stainless steel pan, which will also contain the 2 stones inside it. The pan will spin by the action of an electric engine/reductor, as its base will be locked on top a metal spinning disc connected to the engine/reductor shaft. The two stones will spin in opposite directions by the action of the spinning base. The stones need to apply a force on the base in order for them to fine ground cocoa bits. In order to that, a system of coils needs to be built so that a force can be applied on each stone. The stones and coil system will have to be easily detachable from the pan, as well as, the pan itself from the disc that holds it, so that chocolate can poured in another recipient.
