These are rubber pieces that can be slipped on skateboard wheels to stop them from rolling while learning ollies, kickflips and other skateboarding tricks. More information about it can be found here: www.skatertrainer.com
We are looking for a redesign of the current version. We would like something similar to the current version, where the dimensions are similar, just we would mostly like a different design/apperance of it. We are open to a variety of designs or suggestions.
We need something that basically does the same thing as the current version where it prevents skateboard wheels from rolling when practicing tricks. We need a design that will prevent the rubber wheel stopper from slipping off when users practice tricks with the product.

You also need to look at it from the perspective of the buyer as it might be their first time using this platform and they are not sure what to expect from this site. Maybe they are hesitant to kickoff a prepaid project contest and forced to pick a wininning design that they might not like. As a designer we need to be patient and courtesy with potential clients because who knows it could turn out to be a long term working relationship where they have future projects for the designer to do. Your frustration should be with the Cadcrowd platform. That's the problem with many of these design contest sites, it leaves many designers out to dry. If you don't like it then leave the platform and stick with the freelancer sites.

Your doubt is genuine. But there is nothing written in description that there would be only injection molding done on the product. The buyer can choose any design and can make a basic design by injection molding, and then after, he can opt for skilled workers for detailing. And yes no doubt that the more is the detailing, the more it will become costlier for the buyer to generate the final product.

PLEASE be careful choosing a design because a lot of the designs above simply cannot be produced! And if you take one of these designs to a injection moulder he's going to send you back home to redesign the whole thing.. I highly doubt some of these people have any knowledge on how to design a product for injection molding..
some things to look at:
1. Adding texture on the inside of the product is going to give problems when the product is exiting the mold.
2. A straight surface (no release angle) is NEVER coming out of the mold undamaged.
3. Simply think about how the product wil exit the mold.. the mold should be 2 parts.. some products simply cannot get out of the mold..
As for your current design.. I'm with jessebrown131313 on this. The design looks good and is designed for its manufacturing method. Although I am willing to think about USEFUL designs and I might upload something somewhere in the next few days or you can also contact me personally if you're interested.

The design i submitted contain those parts in both sides , this can help young kids with less strength to easily slip this rubber on over wheels.
