About
My name is Nathan Dotts, and I am a Mechanical Engineer. I graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho and currently live in Indiana with my wife and two sons. I have industry experience in food, automotive, automation, and fabrication.
My specialty is in the area of product design. I even started my own business, Mechanical Design and Fabrication (▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ to help facilitate the process. We help others to design and fabricate their products. When desired, we can also help others to patent their design. Because of my business and previous experience, I have access to equipment such as machinery and software that aids in the engineering process. If you want something built, I can keep cost and time spent waiting on the lower end because I have the ability to do most everything in-house, all except the heaviest of fabrication processes.
A more comprehensive list of previous designs and projects can be seen on my business website included above. However I am happy to include a few projects I am most proud of here:
1. Patented 1972 Ford F100 Custom Suspension Kit - Idaho
2. Patented Uddalok 3-Limb Compound Bow - Illinois
3. Epsilon Laboratory Thermocouple Ablator - Arizona
