Jesca Démo Design is a Canadian company, family owned and founded in 2021. We are dedicated to collaborating and including our clients in every stage of the project. Every project is different and unique of its kind. We do not have of design fits all. Differentiation is how we stand out from the rest of the market. Our designs are first-rate and superior. We work with only certified suppliers and contractors. We offer designer discounts to our clients because we see every client a member of our family. We love innovative, inspirational, one of a kind and intellectual designs. We have several clients nationwide. Our client's industries are mainly residential, corporate, hotels, restaurants, and retails. We have a team of general contractors, cabinet making, plumbers, electricians, architects, interior designers, engineers, and art enthusiasts.

Design is the marriage of form and function in a balanced and harmonious whole and staying on budget while doing it. We study people's behavior to create functional spaces, that are aesthetically pleasing and offer great safe homes that fit our clients’ needs. We focus on Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Decoration, Design Development, Design Research, Graphical Visualization, Comparative Analysis, Design Strategy, Budget Development, and Contract Development. After 12 years of design, it’s still my passion to create and design new experiences and interior plans. It all starts with a feeling. Happiness is what we love. If I had the chance to create happiness by making the slightest change, I wouldn't miss a chance. Small is Big when it comes to design. This is my passion. That's what I like. That's what I do. I create new spaces to create happy moments for my clients and their spaces. My clients trust me and love us working together. They know, I take every project small and big, at heart. I give it all it takes to deliver the best results possible. My duty is to create timeless design. To be timeless you must think far into the future, not next year, not in two years but in 20 years minimum. Every home should tell a story. Interior Space Planning We can build or enhance the interior environment of your house, room, building, restaurant, hospital, bars, hotels, and office.  We can help you in creating a layout of the design before implementing it. 

Interior Decorating: We can assist you in designing the interior decoration of the area. We can create, research and source accessories and materials at discounted prices

Construction and Technical Plans, visualization We provide 3d or 2d graphical representation of the design that is planning to be executed. We can create a comparative analysis of different designs and let the client design their preferred design. We can create different types of design strategies that the client can choose from. We can provide a budget summary in a spreadsheet based on the design the client is planning to implement. We will source contractors and companies to get the best quality and price for every project.


Kitchen and bathroom design We create sketches of proposed kitchen and bathroom designs. Use design software to create 2D and 3D representations of proposed designs. Select and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures to be used in designs. Prepare cost estimates for kitchen and bathroom designs and source the right cabinetmaker for the project.

Project Management – TURNKEY We offer interior design project management services. It combines the interior design and interior construction process under one umbrella. Turnkey interior design will offer you a design and build service that takes care of your every requirement from layouts and concept planning to you moving into your new home.
