This project aims to revolutionize manufacturing processes by developing innovative technique called Shape Adaptive Grinding for precision grinding of Additive Manufactured Parts which have complex geometry and issue of surface rouchness. This contributes to advancements in aerospace, automotive and various other industries.
• Internship Trainee Hindustan aeronautics Limited - Bangalore · Internship May 2023 – Jun 2023 1 mos Bengaluru, KA, India I had the privilege of interning at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Foundry and Forge Division, a pioneering organization in the aerospace industry. During my internship, I was actively involved in a project titled 'Solidification Behavioural Study of Different Gating Systems,' where I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of foundry and forge processes. As part of this project, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of various gating systems employed in the manufacturing process. This involved meticulous experimentation, data collection, and analysis to understand the solidification behavioural of different gating systems. I utilized cutting-edge tools such as Catia V5 and Magma Software for modelling and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of each gating system.
