o Direct Co-ordination with our esteemed client Tecnicas Reunidas (TR) for getting the design jobs and to do.
o Estimation of Man Hours and Delivery Date negotiation with respect to the Projects.
o Having supervisory/coordinator experience as team leader of 35 Designers.
o Allocating the drafting work to the designers as per their knowledge and capacity.
o Planning the work and requesting the software Licenses monthly wise as per project.
o Conducting Telephonic and Personal interviews for recruiting the designers.
o Coordination with other departments with respect to drafting activities.
o Ability to provide training and instructions based on software & Project specifications.
o Experience in planning, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting for SPPID application.
o Developing and maintaining the standard Legend drawings, templates and procedures to ensure P&ID information is maintained at a high level of quality in line with the project specification.
o Intergraph Smart Plant P&ID Set-up and Customization of Catalog symbols, Data Dictionary, Filters, Formats & Rules, Report generation and Trouble shooting etc…
o Regular Database clean-up, solving day to day database errors, publishing and taking Plant Backups.
o FUGITIVE EMISSIONS (F.E) (Identification of hazardous lines)
o Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
o Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
(Including As-built, Construction and Demolition drawings)
o Preparation of Hazardous Area Classification Diagram (HACD), Design Pressure & Temperature Diagram (DPTD) Material Selection Diagram (MSD), Block Flow Diagram (BFD), Process Safeguarding Diagram (PSD), Fire Fighting Diagram (FFD) and other engineering flow schemes.
o Extraction and checking of Line list, Equipment List, Valve List using Inconsistency report from Smart Plant P&ID.
