I have a total of 7 years of experience in many areas such as production planning, production and operations management, customer’s needs, product design and 2D and 3D part modeling, prototype, supply chain establishment, R&D processesand ultimately Product management during this period.

From 3D modeling to low volume production, designing parts for injection molding and CNC machining, I have managed all stages of product design and development in a wealth of fields and modalities. I've saved large corporations in excess of $350,000/yr and got start-ups their first products to market.

I had the opportunity to initiate and successfully complete more than 100 different projects, including new product development, product and process improvement, cost reduction, capacity and efficiency increase, and different innovative R&D projects.

- Executing production processes after prototype development and design validation
- Preparation of production documents suitable for manufacturing such as part designs, technical drawings, laser cutting, bending or welding with the sheet metal module
- CNC Laser & Cypcut Nest programming
- Parting surfaces, part angles, ejector system and injection system design suitable for the injection mold
- Operate FARO 3D scanner to reverse engineering
- Process development and implementation in production lines in accordance with lean production standards
- Preparing and filling product codes, recipes and necessary information into the ERP system
