About
Nader Al-Khatib currently works for the mechanical engineerization of industrial plants with Qs 9000, Avsq’94, Vda 6.1, and Eaqf. Quality standards, and NAAMS, ATEX and FOOD design standards. His main activity involves designing complex assembling and feasibility study of industrial machinery, mainly automotive (Magneti Marelli, Comau, PSC, FCA, Joyson Safety Systems ). He merges those skills and knowledge in CATIA and SOLIDWORKS and NX with his coding skills with which he performed high automation tasks regarding assembly variational parametrization, CAD Macro, API, automatic BOM, Barcode Documentation traceability and Software for CAD support.
His experiences with FFS 3D printers CAM and CN machines had brought a profound boost in R&D manufacturing procedures, and in synergy with the 14001 OHSAS Course, he organized production processes and quality checkpoints; his fluent and technical English was used in abroad tasks both for representative and technical/design purposes.
Lecturer at Eurlink Srl, where he teaches classes and private lessons in cad, CAM, 2D drawing and fundamental rules for mechanical design.
He independently prototyped and patented an electronic device to balance accumulators with lithium-polymer chemistry with the EPO's highest rating. Due to the skills required for this project, he learned many coding languages (C\C++, VB, Phyton) and acquired perfect knowledge and understanding of electronics principles, schematics and datasheets.
He had administrative roles and is currently vice-president in an Innovation laboratory where he is a Drone and 3D Printing Expert. He organized and taught “prototype programming courses” aimed at students, teachers, and companies for the sake of spreading digital culture. He also organized speeches at many local and international conferences and collaborated with MIT to organise the FabAcademy Master Course; in his past administrative roles, he learned to make complex and under-pressure choices with a high sense of responsibility.
He is president of an amateur sports association where he learned how relationships between people are essential in working and philanthropic projects.
