   Provided consultancy services for the renovation of structures located within a Tank Farm facility owned by Kpone Marine Services Ltd. in Tema, Greater Accra.

• Construction Programme Manager Sabre Charitable Trust (Sabre Education) · Full-time Feb 2017 – May 2018 1 yrs 3 mos Sekondi-Takoradi, Western Region, Ghana  Responsible for Sabre Education Kindergarten School building Projects working in close partnership with Tullow Ghana Ltd. in Coastal communities of Western Region of Ghana.
   Constructed seven (7) kindergarten schools over a period of 3 years with funding from both corporate level donors and private foundations.
   Developed a proposal with the Ministry of Education through the Funds and Procurement Management Unit (FPMU) to co-design a “National Kindergarten Blueprint” for Ghana.
• Program Manager Habitat for Humanity Ghana · Full-time Dec 2008 – Sep 2012 3 yrs 9 mos Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana  Responsible for the management of Habitat for Humanity Ghana’s construction programs
  in 65 project locations across 135 communities across nine (9) regions in Ghana.
   Managed the program to exceed its annual target of 600 houses by building & renovating
  748 houses in 2009.
   Managed the housing support services project at Habitat for Humanity Ghana in close collaboration with Opportunity International, Sinapi Aba Trust, Adehyeman Savings & Loans to develop housing projects/products for low-income groups and the vulnerable in society.
   I took over the management of a four (4) year housing project started in 2007, with the objective of delivering 405 housing units in 4years in five project locations in Ashanti region. Habitat for Humanity Netherlands funded this project.
• Civil Engineer LeadCom Ghana Ltd. · Full-time Apr 2005 – Aug 2008 3 yrs 4 mos Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana  Responsible for managing the construction of GSM cell sites for TIGO (now Airtel Tigo) and MTN mobile phone operators across Ghana.
   Involved in the day-to-day management of staff to achieve targets set with the client for the
  Construction of cell sites to increase operational coverage.
   Managed the construction of a record number of over 30 cell sites over a period of 3 years
  in several locations across the length and breadth of Ghana.
   Completed a record 15 successful handovers in one month to TIGO GSM (A client to
  LeadCom in 2007).

  elements within GSM cell sites is properly done using AutoCAD and related software
   Assigned to conduct GSM cell site acquisitions by locating sites using GPS co-ordinates
  provided in a site acquisition map (SAM) and negotiating for the price of parcels of land
  with landlords in various communities across Ghana
   Assigned to conduct technical site surveys (TSS) for newly acquired sites for the then
  OneTouch GSM network (now Vodafone Ghana) in Volta, Greater Accra and Western
  Regions
   Successfully installed civil infrastructure to support the migration of 4 Ghana Telecom (now Telecel Ghana) transmission sites in Lawra, Tumu, Navrongo and Bawku
