• Architect Giannone Petricone Associates · May 2018 – May 2019 1 yrs Toronto, ON, Canada During my time with GPA, I was involved in several projects and tasks ranging from presentation
  and feasibility studies to schematic design drawings and design development. Much of my time was spent on three specific projects (major condominium
  development in Etobicoke, a high-rise tower in Down Town Toronto and esidential
  redevelopment of a downtown heritage office building)
  On schematic design phase have been creating massing options and material research in accordance with the OBC and City By-laws. During this phase of the projects I have focused on programming areas, doing conceptual plans that integrate inputs from various project consultants, developed building core layouts, colouring the plans for presentations as well as calculating the GFA. And finally, evaluating potential alternatives for each of these options.
  During the Design development phase, my tasks have largely been centered on coordinating with consultants, drawing plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, details, calculating GFA, creating a unit matrix as well as working on interior partitions and unit layouts.
