  Designer responsible for:
  • Mechanical design Layout of concept for proposals and preliminary design based on requirements. Detail design of finalized concept, design for Manufacturing and assembly.
  • Participated in design reviews for evaluation the design and recommended changes that reduced manufacturing costs, enhanced product performance, and reduced fatigue life issues.
  • Perform stack-up tolerance study and generate reports with suggestions to ensure designed can be manufactures and assembled without any problems.
  • Design of tools and Fixture to assist in ease of assembly while manufacturing and testing of components during qualification.
  • Delivery of Design/Functional documents, CAD Conceptual Models, Detailed Part Models, End item Design Models, Assembly Models, Detailed Drawings, Q-Checker Reports, Tolerance Analysis Reports
  • Engineering change order requests. Reviewing, tracked and documenting new and released drawings using customers ECR process.
  • Assist in creating testing procedures to perform physical test on each component to show it meets the performance specification and environmental testing like humidity, vibration and shock.
  • Schedule and prioritize work and plan a sequence of development activities that accomplish the planned targets. Set priorities and provide reports to the management. Develop Resource Planning, resource requirements and schedules for new projects, Enhancements and present to customer with the risk analysis.
