subcomponents, and chassis for electric bike.
Designed and Constructed complete LFP battery pack, including busbars, compression sheets,
and outer casing, utilizing precision sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Design for Manufacturing (DFM):
Designed components tailored for manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, pipe
weldments, 3d-printing and injection molding.
Prototyping and Testing:
Used 3D-printed, Laser cut & Pipe Bends to create fixtures for chassis & its different mounts.
