I fell in love with architecture in 1982. I did a mail-order class - in 8th grade! I now love the technology available, being immersed into a design I saw in my mind and can visually walk through. I am not an engineer or architect, but I have studied enough over the years to apply my interior design skills with my staging experience, added to the 3D programs I love, to create amazing things.
I am the one people come to and describe something and I have it done before their last word. I am the one who takes your ideas and can create an affordable 3D design to help you know what the finished project will be. I give you a chance to change things on paper before they are set in stone, literally.
I show you if the color palate you desire will look good with the flooring. I show you how it will all look together, finished, before you even start. No more blueprint changes! Interior / Graphic Designer Home Living Defined · Self-employed Feb 2011 – Present 13 yrs 9 mos undefined, TX, United States I began staging homes for sale, consulting, redesign plans, interior design, interior decorating, and photography. I create 2D floor plans to scale, 3D plans to scale, walk through videos, mood boards, virtual staging, and anything else asked of my skills. I consult on homes that won’t sell, making suggestions on changes to avoid lowering prices. I do virtual walk through and consultations all over the US. I’m also a certified organizational specialist, which helps in staging occupied homes and reorganization plans.

Lamar University Bachelor of Scence, Education, Business 1986 – 1990 Activities and Societies: Alpha Delta Pi I studied full time every mini and summer session to finish my degree in four years with a degree in education, specializing in reading, English, and language arts. I minored in business, office administration, and life/earth science.
I also had custody of my 16-year old sister and got married my senior year!
