Experience

  • Moving Bolster (MB) Analysis and Re-Designing Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) · Internship Oct 2023 – Nov 2023 1 mos Bidadi, KA, India The current problem of having an inefficient Moving bolster bolt (M27 bolt) was resolved by using the new spring and magnet lock mechanism to address the Soto Dandori time (preparation time) taken in unbolting the Die from Moving Bolster. The safety of the workers around the equipment was improved significantly with the change in bolt design. In contrast, the previous bolt had chances of unintentionally causing the heavy moving bolster to lift while changing dies.
  • Reverse Engineering and Modification of Auto-Spot welding Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) · Internship Sep 2023 – Oct 2023 1 mos Bidadi, KA, India This project involved reverse engineering an existing auto-spot model to create an accurate 3D representation in CAD. The task included analyzing the original design, creating a detailed 3D model, and making modifications to meet updated requirements. The finalized model was optimized for manufacturing, ensuring it met all functional and design specifications, ready for production implementation.

E, ME, 8.9 CGPA 2020 – 2024 Activities and Societies: I have completed AICTE activities to achieve the required 100 points under VTU criteria and am an active IEEE member. I have also attended workshops to deepen my understanding of fundamental concepts beyond academics. I achieved the 10th rank in Mechanical Engineering among students from approximately 200 colleges affiliated with VTU in Karnataka, highlighting my academic excellence and dedication to the field.
