About

I am a Virginia Tech graduate mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience designing a variety of different types of parts and products. I worked at the largest tool manufacturer in the world (Stanley Black and Decker), there I worked on battery and charger development. Utilizing 3D CAD software (CATIA, Solidworks, Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, and others) I would design batteries for mass production, test, prototype, and audit the manufacturing process. Now I work at a startup where I am fabricating a industrial machine to lay fiber optic cable. I have a lot of experience with injection molding, sheetmetal design, weldments, fabrication, machining, 2D drawings, CAM, DFM, DFA, tolerance stackup analysis, LSR molding, gaskets, 3D printing, component selection, PCB's, consumer electronics, and much more. I would love to help with your project.
