I am Stenly Roy. I am an electrical engineer. I have been 12 years experience as an electrical designer of HV, LV distribution system & ELV system with expertise AutoCAD drafting & Revit modelling software skill. I have knowledge of Dialux software for internal & external lighting calculation & generate reports. I can make MEP shop drawing plan, sections and installation details. I can prepare MEP Revit Model (LOD-100,200,300,350,400,500) without clash detection with help of Navisworks and generate clash report. I have knowledge of making walk through and Construction Procedure in 4D Simulation video with Time Liner Data with help of Navisworks manage software. I had worked various kinds of projects such as buildings, industrial, plants.
I also worked with one of Bahrain’s companies M/S. mercury Middle East WLL. was hired me for one year contract basis for their Cardiac Hospital to make MEP Revit modelling, coordination & Electrical, ELV shop drawings in year 2016-2017.

3.MEP BIM Implementation
-Prepare MEP model with respective LOD
-Refer & study design specification of all services then Implement in model.
-Detail study of IFC/GFC drawing.
-Inter discipline coordination.
-Coordination with all MEP discipline & architectural, structural with use of Navisworks software
- Prepare time liner of project procedure 4D simulation with help of Navisworks
