This letter is to express my interest in joining your organization as your new Bim Coordinator on a remote basis or help you with drawings for you project. The last 6 years have encompassed my capabilities to work remotely from my home, helping clients as far as Australia. My hope is to become a part of your organization part time or full time, as I believe the world has become smaller.


I believe I would be a great fit at your company or for producing drawings for your project because I have more than 20 years as a Draughtsman. My last role taught me pump rooms setup in refrigeration via Revit, and I gained the valuable skills of a chiller system.


My time at as Freelancer also inspired me to develop a passion for chilled water systems. Combined with my Revit, Navisworks BIM 360 and ACC skills, this will make me an ideal candidate for the mentioned role.


Given the opportunity, I can bring significant value to your corporation by utilizing my skill sets. I can do heat load calculations and select equipment. Produce precise drawings for Architectural buildings, HVAC, Fire, Wet Services, Medical gas and Compressed Air including Electrical drawings. I love following instructions and I am very attentive to detail. I work well under pressure. I attend coordination meetings with the project team. l do site visits to check construction compliance and produce as built drawings.



I am willing to relocate. I am also more than capable of applying for my own work permit and visa. All I would require is an offer letter. I have attached a few of my documents. Please go through them.
