Experience

  • Owner operator Brackish Cycles · Self-employed Jan 2021 – Present 3 yrs 10 mos undefined, WA, United States As an avid cyclist, problem solver, and tinkerer, I found it hard to settle for mass-produced cycling equipment. I decided to begin manufacturing my own bicycle frames and building custom bicycles, not only for myself but also friends. I utilize additive manufacturing to produce the very specific equipment required for producing a bike that not only fits the rider but also is aligned to half the industry standard tolerance. I've produced tube bending molds using top down design, as well as alignment blocks and jigs to make the production process easier.
