    2. Engineering Analysis & Problem Solving
    Conduct stress analysis, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and tolerance stack-up assessments to ensure product integrity.
    Investigate and resolve design-related issues, proposing engineering changes where necessary.
    Work closely with materials and testing teams to validate designs through physical and virtual testing.
    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to develop cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.
    Support the project management team by ensuring designs meet cost, weight, and performance targets.
    Participate in design reviews, technical presentations, and customer meetings to communicate design concepts and improvements.
    4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and process improvements.
    Stay updated with emerging technologies, lightweight materials, and additive manufacturing to enhance product innovation.
    Contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
    5. Documentation & Compliance
    Maintain accurate engineering records, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical reports.
